The County links listed below provide access to many of the public and official records mentioned above. If specific information cannot be obtained through the website, a Public Records Act (PRA) request can be submitted.

Under the California PRA, citizens have the right to access public information held by state and local agencies. Citizens can access public records by submitting an online request through the Sutter County Public Records Center (listed below.)
