Map books located in the Assessors’ Office contain parcel maps of each parcel of real property located in Sutter County. These books are identified by a two-digit number indicating the County area where each parcel is located.

Books 06 through 35 are in unincorporated areas of the County, with the exception of Book 6 which also covers the incorporated city of Live Oak. Books 51 through 63 are all in the incorporated city of Yuba City, with Books 51 – 55 located on the east side of Highway 99 and Books 56 – 63 located on the west side of Highway 99.
